How much does RPM cost, and does it renew?
RPM is $39.99 a year. Your membership renews automatically, so your benefits and banked RPM Cash carry over without interruption.
You can manage your auto-renew preference anytime from your account page when logged in.
How do I earn RPM Cash?
Members earn 5% back in RPM Cash on all qualified purchases, in-store and online, across RevZilla, Cycle Gear, and J&P Cycles. There’s no limit to how much you can earn. Bank your RPM Cash and spend it whenever you’re ready, in-store or online.

How does the $15 Welcome Cash for first-time members work?
First-time RPM members get $15 in Welcome Cash that’s ready to use right away, including on the order you join with, in-store or online.
Not ready to spend it? It stays banked with the rest of your RPM Cash. You’ll find your balance in "My Account" when signed in to any linked account online.
Does my RPM Cash expire?
Not while your membership is active. If your membership lapses, any unused RPM Cash expires 30 days later.
How is the "average member savings" of $84 per year calculated?
We add up two things members actually earn: the average RPM Cash they collect over a year (including the $15 Welcome Cash for new members) plus the average they save through member-only discounts. Together, that’s real money back in your pocket — more than enough to cover your $39.99 annual membership.
What should I know about free 2-day shipping & free returns?
Free 2-day shipping
RPM members get free 2-business-day shipping on qualifying items shipped to the contiguous U.S. Not available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international orders.
- Business days only: "2-day" means 2 business days (Monday–Friday) in transit. Weekends don’t count.
- The weekend gap: Orders placed Wednesday (after cutoff) through Sunday typically arrive the following Monday or Tuesday.
- Delivery dates: The "Free Delivery By" date in your cart already accounts for weekends. It’s a delivery target, not a money-back guarantee.
Not eligible for 2-day shipping (including but not limited to):
- Hazardous materials (e.g., aerosols, batteries, fuel-related products)
- Oversized or overweight items (e.g., tires, stands, hard luggage, ramps)
- Orders shipped from a vendor or partner warehouse rather than one of our distribution centers
- Ship-to-store orders
- Any product marked as ineligible on its product page or at checkout
Free returns
RPM members get free standard return shipping on orders shipped to the contiguous U.S., plus fast return processing with no restocking, processing, or exchange fees. Additional charges may apply for oversized, heavy, hazardous, or other specialty-shipping items.
